The annual Cumberland County Fair returns to Fayetteville this week for 10 days of rides, food, art, agricultural exhibits and fun.
Events including livestock shows, games and live music are scheduled for Aug. 29 through Sept. 7 at the Crown Complex, 1960 Coliseum Drive.
The food lineup will include fair favorites like funnel cakes and other deep-fried food, plus vendors like Abby’s Empanadas.
There will be about 26 rides this year, according to the fair website.
Standard admission is $11, but see the schedule for specials, including military and student discounts. Tickets can be purchased online at ticketmaster.com or at the ticket booth. Unlimited ride wristbands are $32 on the midway.
