Josh D’Amaro

Walt Disney Co has appointed Josh D’Amaro as its next chief executive officer, handing the top job to the executive who runs its theme parks, cruise lines and consumer products business. D’Amaro will succeed Bob Iger, becoming the ninth CEO in Disney’s 102-year history.
As CEO, D’Amaro will be tasked not only with steering Disney’s sprawling global operations but also with serving as the company’s public face amid ongoing strategic and investor scrutiny.
Kenta Kon
Present: CEO, Toyota Motors
Toyota Motor Corp. on Friday said its Chief Financial Officer Kenta Kon will take over as the company’s new Chief Executive and President in April, replacing Koji Sato, who will become vice chairman and chief industry officer. Shareholder approval is expected in June.
In 1991, Kon joined Toyota Motor, and he currently serves as a board member and operating officer and was appointed CFO in July 2025.
Kon also serves as a director at Woven by Toyota, the group’s software-focused technology unit.
Additionally, Kon is a director at Toyota Fudosan, the group’s real estate arm, which is leading the buyout of Toyota Industries (6201.T).
Ashish Agrawal, Ishaan Mittal and Tejeshwi Sharma
Leadership churn at Peak XV Partners continues, with three managing directors who stepped down from their positions last week.
Peak XV Partners, as per the Moneycontrol report confirmed that Ashish Agrawal has parted ways with the firm, with Ishaan Mittal and Tejeshwi Sharma also exiting, in a move described as mutually decided and aligned with its plans to evolve investment capabilities amid rapid AI-driven change. They plan to launch a new venture capital fund together.
Sandeep Mehrotra
Present: COO, Ad Revenue, Zee Entertainment
Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. (‘Z’), has appointed Sandeep Mehrotra as Chief Operating Officer – Advertisement Revenue, with effect from 3rd February 2026.
In this role, Mehrotra will be responsible for maximizing the advertisement revenue generation capabilities of the company by leveraging the convergence between the linear and digital business. He will be based at the Company’s headquarters in Mumbai and will report to the Chief Executive Officer, Punit Goenka.
Mehrotra has also worked at Bennett Coleman and Co.
Balaji Krishnamurthy
Previous: Vice president – strategic finance and investor relations, Uber
Present: Chief financial officer, Uber
Ride-hailing platform Uber has appointed Balaji Krishnamurthy as its chief financial officer, effective February 16, 2026. Prior to this, he served as vice president – strategic finance and investor relations at the company.
Krishnamurthy will succeed Prashanth Mahendra-Rajah, who will step down from the CFO role on the same date.
Krishnamurthy has worked across Infoedge India, iTrust Financial Advisors, Irevna, and Goldman Sachs.
Chris Nicholas
Previous: President & CEO, Sam’s Club
Present: President & CEO, Walmart International
Chris Nicholas, who most recently served as president and chief executive officer of Sam’s Club, has joined Walmart International as president and CEO. Nicholas succeeds Kathryn McLay.
Nicholas has worked across Siemens, Tesco PLC, Dansk Supermarked, and Coles.
Avtar Ram Singh

Present: International marketing – App Store, Apple Arcade and Games, Apple
Avtar Ram Singh, who previously led Apple’s marketing for Southeast Asia, Content and Services, has been elevated to Head of International Marketing for the App Store, Apple Arcade and Games.
He has worked across International Data Corporation, Lazada & Zalora, Rocket Internet; Ogilvy & Mather, Publicis and Falcon Agency.
Vinay Muralidhar Tonse
Previous: Managing director (Retail Business & Operations), State Bank of India (SBI)
Present: MD & CEO, Yes Bank
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on February 4 approved the appointment of Vinay Muralidhar Tonse as the managing director and chief executive officer of Yes Bank, the lender said in a regulatory filing. The filing clarified that Prashant Kumar, the current MD and CEO, will continue in his role as he serves his extended term.
Tonse brings deep expertise in retail lending and operations, Yes Bank said.
Vasuta Agarwal

Present: Chief revenue officer, gnani.ai
Agentic AI platform gnani.ai has appointed Vasuta Agarwal as its Chief Revenue Officer. Previously, she led InMobi as Chief Business Officer.
Agarwal brings nearly two decades of experience across strategy, revenue and go-to-market leadership, having worked with global organisations such as Intel Corporation, McKinsey & Company and InMobi.
Agarwal has worked across Intel Technology, Goldman Sachs, and McKinsey & Company.
Anita Bhat Zutshi
Previous: Global CFO, Ice cream business, Unilever
Present: CFO, Wipro Enterprises
Anita Bhat Zutshi joins Wipro Enterprises as the Chief Financial Officer, bringing 30 years of global finance leadership experience across diverse markets and industries.
Previously, Zutshi served as the Global CFO for Unilever’s €8 billion Ice Cream business, leading iconic brands such as Walls, Magnum, and Ben & Jerry’s across 76 countries.
She has worked across Tata Motors, Reserve Bank of India, Apple Industries, ACT FIBERNET, and AstraZeneca.
