Dylan Efron is braving a sudden injury to continue competing on Dancing With the Stars.
As season 34 hits its final weeks of competition, fans continue to share their thoughts about the remaining celebs competing for the Mirrorball Trophy. But ahead of Halloween Night on October 28, Dylan went on Instagram to reveal some surprise news about his health during the show.
As he shared in a series of images, Dylan suffered a broken nose while in rehearsals for Dancing With the Stars season 34. Despite the unexpected injury, he assured his followers it’s not stopping him from competing for the remainder of the competition. What’s more, he had to thank his partner Daniella Karagach, her husband Pasha Pashkov, and his celebrity partner Danielle Fishel for being at his side.
“Broke my nose, but don’t need it to dance 🕺,” he wrote in the caption on October 25. “I’m seriously all good—but I’ll never forget the way Dani, Pasha and Danielle WOULDN’T leave me side when it happened, warms my heart to have friends like them ❤️. @daniellakaragach @daniellefishel @pashapashkov.”
As soon as Dylan shared the news about breaking his nose, some of the DWTS pros and contestants rallied around him in support of his recovery online.
“What!!!!! Feel better mate 👊,” Robert Irwin exclaimed in the comments. “Oh em gee,” Val Chmerkovskiy penned. “I hope you’re ok brother. sending you love 🫶🏼,” Mark Ballas added.
And just like his cast mates, Dylan’s followers also sent him well wishes during this difficult time.
“We are all thinking of you, and sending you healing vibes and good fortune! 🌲🧁🌼💎🎊🌻,” one person remarked. “Don’t worry king you’ll get through it,” another declared. “Get better so you can win this thing!! ❤️,” a different follower replied.
Despite the chaos with Dylan’s health, he is currently still slated to compete during the next episode of DWTS. As the show’s social team shared on Instagram, he and Daniella are preparing to perform a Viennese Waltz that has literary ties to it.
“For #HalloweenNight, Dylan and Dani are working on a fangtastic Viennese Waltz inspired by characters from one of his favorite dark romantasy books 🩸🥀,” the caption read on October 26.
