Denise Richards has cleaned out her marital home.
On Saturday, September 13, Richards arrived at the Calabasas, California, rental property she once shared with estranged husband Aaron Phypers to collect her belongings, as well as her 15 dogs, per photos obtained by Page Six.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, 54, directed four movers to load up two large moving trucks, while her father, Irv, helped her put the pets into crates before loading them into a separate rental van, the outlet reported.
Richards’ big move came two days after Inside Edition aired a segment in which Phypers, 52, allowed cameras into the house, showing rooms seeming trashed with junk, clothes and stained rugs.

Phypers said that he’s not allowed to touch her belongings, so he was living downstairs with his parents, his brother and 15 dogs. “She has a thing with dogs,” he explained of his ex. “I don’t know if it’s hoarding, it’s something.”
The Wild Things star claims she hasn’t lived in the house in two years, and that Phypers told her his family would be moving to Canada, according to documents obtained by People. She also alleged that they’re the ones who “severely damaged the property.”
According to her filing, the landlord has begun the eviction process due to unpaid rent. Richards — who has accused Phypers of domestic abuse — asked that they vacate the property so she can retrieve her belongings or her dogs without violating her restraining order against him.
Richards got a judge’s approval to return to the home on September 13 to collect things, Inside Edition reported.

As Globe previously reported, the divorce began to get nasty soon after Phypers filed for divorce in July. Per Page Six, he accused her of cheating and pill popping, while she him of choking and slapping her and giving her a black eye, which he’s denied.
Meanwhile, a source previously told Globe that Richards has been burning through her $6 million savings fighting him in court.
“She says she doesn’t care how much she has to spend, she’s not just going to give in to Aaron’s demands,” the source revealed.
“But Aaron’s got a very strong case for spousal support, so odds are she’s going to have to pay him out in the end on top of all the legal fees.”
