Details of Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s post-divorce parenting plan revealed

Nicole Kidman has outlined how she would like her and Keith Urban to parent their two daughters — Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14 — following their divorce.

Court documents filed in Nashville Tuesday and obtained by Page Six show the Oscar winner has requested that she be the “primary residential parent,” with custody of her kids 306 days out of the year, while their father has them for 59 days.

“Mother shall have responsibility for the care of the children except at the following times when father shall have responsibility: “Father shall have parenting time from Saturday at 10:00 a.m. until Sunday at 6:00 p.m., every other weekend.”

The filing also details a holiday schedule, which notes in part that “in odd-numbered years, Mother shall have parenting time with the children for Fall Vacation” and “in even-numbered years, Father shall have parenting time with the children for Fall Vacation.” They will also alternate for Christmas vacations.

Transportation required for the children’s travel to be with their parents will be divided equally, per the plan. Both parents have also agreed to make all “major decisions” — which include education, non-emergency care, religious upbringing and extracurricular activities — jointly.

However, Kidman and Urban have granted each other permission to make “day-to-day” decisions while the “child is residing with the parent.”

Kidman and Urban have apparently worked out all of the details of this custody agreement in advance. They have decided that neither party will pay the other child support.

Despite it seemingly being a clean split, the A-list actress noted in her divorce filing that her and her estranged husband’s date of separation was just on Tuesday, Sept. 30, the “same day” she filed.

A source told Page Six Monday that Kidman “did not want the separation and was trying to save things” but that “sometimes relationships just run their course.”
