CampRock fans wouldn’t change a thing about Demi Lovato’s latest performance.
The pop icon, 32, wowed the crowd via a surprise appearance with the Jonas Brothers during the opening night of the JONAS20: Greetings from Your Hometown Tour on August 10 in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
Lovato took the MetLife stadium stage with the acclaimed boy band as she dazzled in sparkling light green jeans and a simple-yet-stylish bikini top.
The Disney Channel alumni joined forces for a legendary performance of two unforgettable songs: “This Is Me” from Camp Rock (2008) and “Wouldn’t Change a Thing” from Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam (2010).
Lovato starred as Mitchie Torres in the hit films alongside Joe Jonas, who played her love interest, Shane Gray. Nick Jonas portrayed the character Nate Gray, while Kevin Jonas played Jason Gray.
On August 11, Lovato had delighted fans hoping for a third Camp Rock film when she posted a video compilation to Instagram that featured clips from the “iconic” throwback performance, writing, “Mitchie is back.”
“Camp rockkkk 3 please!! Love youu!” one fan wrote.
“So are we really getting Camp Rock 3??” another asked.
“Camp rock three!!!!!” a third said.
Many fans couldn’t keep their nostalgia to themselves, with one writing, “My inner child is screaming.”

“MY INNER CHILD IS SO HAPPY RN,” Brazilian actress Bárbara Coura said.
Fans also flooded the comments with praise, with one writing, “She’s STILL really good.”

While a third Camp Rock film has not been confirmed, fans can enjoy the first two musicals of the franchise on Disney Plus in the meantime.
The Jonas Brothers will continue their 2025 tour in Washington, D.C. on August 12 before returning to their home state of New Jersey on August 14.
They will then travel to various cities across the U.S. before concluding the tour in Uncasville, Connecticut, on November 14, per their website.
