The City of Salisbury said in the announcement that Turn Up the Volume will feature two stages with continuous performances, local and regional musicians, artists, vendors, food trucks, family activities and interactive music experiences throughout the downtown district.
Organizers are also encouraging participation through the Salisbury Street Performers initiative, inviting buskers to perform during the event.
The expanded Third Friday celebration is intended to showcase local and regional talent while drawing visitors downtown and supporting local businesses, according to the announcement.
