Dua Lipa paid tribute to hometown heroes Aerosmith during her concert in Boston on Tuesday night (September 9th) by performing the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame band’s classic ballad “I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing.”
The cover came eight songs into the pop star’s set at TD Garden, the first of two nights at the venue, and continues her tradition of honoring music acts in their hometown. Previously, she performed AC/DC’s “Highway to Hell” in Australia; sang Lorde’s “Royals” in New Zealand,” and covered Sinead O’Connor’s “Nothing Compares 2 U” in Ireland, among other musical tributes.

The North American leg of Dua Lipa’s “Radical Optimism Tour” runs through a four-night stand September 17th, 18th, 20th, and 21st at New York City’s Madison Square Garden, with tickets to the remaining shows available here. Watch her performance of Aerosmith’s “I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing” below.
