Dancing with the Stars Season 34 is off and running. Most of the cast is hard at work rehearsing and sharing content for the upcoming season. For returning champion Jenna Johnson, though, she and her partner are off to a slower start. In fact, she hasn’t seen partner Corey Feldman since the cast reveal.
The full cast for the new season of DWTS was revealed on Good Morning America. Notable names on the new roster include conservationist Robert Irwin, social media stars Dylan Efron and Alix Earle, Alec Baldwin’s wife Hilaria Baldwin, and ’80s star Corey Feldman.

DWTS pro and Season 33 champion Jenna looked really excited when she introduced her “iconic” partner. Corey smiled and told her he was ready for the rhinestones. Unfortunately, he may not be as ready as it seems, as he hasn’t shown up for rehearsals yet. Something Jenna had to reveal when fans asked for clips of them working.
“I love the show so much, I love being a part of it, and I’m excited for this season,” the dance pro said on her IG stories. “So many people have been like, ‘Where are your TikToks with Corey? What’s happening?’ To be completely honest, I actually haven’t seen him since Good Morning America.”
That explains why they haven’t been sharing behind-the-scenes videos like the posts shared by Hilaria and Gleb or even the behind-the-scenes posts of Robert and Witney.
Jenna explained that Corey had some “previous work engagements and personal stuff going on” after the cast announcement. That’s why he hasn’t been able to go to rehearsals yet.
“So I haven’t seen him since we were in New York,” Jenna admitted. “I am eagerly awaiting him getting back so we can get back into the studio to dance and then do all the content things.” She also added that she was a little anxious and eager to get back in the studio before the competition kicks off on September 16.
It looks like predictions about Corey’s chances are right on the money. If he hasn’t started rehearsing yet, the odds of the “Comeback King” winning or even doing well in the competition are diminishing. For Jenna’s sake, here’s hoping he shows up soon.
Dancing with the Stars Season 34 will premiere on Tuesday, September 16, at 8 p.m. on ABC and Disney+. It will stream on Hulu the next day.
