New York-based Fever is a technology firm focusing on live music and sports events, providing ticketing and marketing support for a range of festivals and venues.
It’s also a dab hand at raising money: a $227m round led by Goldman Sachs in 2022 followed by a $110m round the following year that valued Fever at $1.8bn.
Now the company has announced another nine-digit round: $100m of funding from investment firms L Catterton and Point72 Private Investments, as well as existing investors.
“This financing highlights a remarkable 2024, during which the company achieved over 20x revenue growth from pre-pandemic levels, while maintaining full-year EBITDA profitability,” claimed Fever in its announcement.
The company also said that its platform reaches more than 200 million people a month in the 40 countries where it operates.
