Headliners that include Carrie Underwood, Darius Rucker, Hardy and Bailey Zimmerman close out each night, with other acts performing throughout the day.
“Our goal every year is to increase the fan experience,” Tyler Wogenstahl, the festival’s founder and creator, said. “We try to have new artists at the festival every year and our goal was to not repeat artists for the first five years, which can be a challenge because we have 30-plus artists in the lineup.”

Where is the 2025 VOA Country Music Fest?
The annual country music festival is held at Voice of America Metropark in West Chester Township.
“Cincinnati has a great fanbase and we figured that we’d be able to bring a tier-one country music festival to the market and we’re excited about the growth we’ve had in year one, year two, and we’re expecting a bigger year three,” Wogenstahl said.
He added that over 100,000 concertgoers attended the festival in 2024. This year, he hopes the festival will attract between 130,000 and 150,000 guests.

This year’s festival features some of the biggest names in country music. In addition to the headliners, artists that include Shaboozey, Billy Currington and Carly Pearce will also perform.

How do I show my ticket for Voices of America Country Music Fest?
Festivalgoers who purchased tickets should have received a wristband in the mail. The wristband is the ticket, and fans should wear it for the duration of the event. Per the festival’s FAQ page, wristbands are not transferable and cannot be given to someone else if the original person cannot attend.
What time does Voices of America Country Music Fest open and close each day?
Parking lots open one hour before the gates on each date.
Gates open at 5 p.m. Thursday and close at 10 p.m. Then they open at 1 p.m. Friday-Sunday and close at 10 p.m.
Parking at the festival
Single-day and four-day parking passes are available for purchase on the festival website.
The city of West Chester also shared additional parking and rideshare information for those attending the VOA Country Music Festival.
General admission on-site parking: All general admission traffic will enter and exit through the Cox Road gate and turn onto Voice of America Park Drive. Tickets must be purchased in advance to park here.
VIP and valet parking: VIP and valet vehicles should enter at Bulter-Warren Road. Tickets must be purchased in advance to park here.
Rideshare drop-off and pick-up: All rideshare vehicles must enter from Bulter-Warren Road. Rideshare drop-offs and pickups are not permitted at Voice of America Centre Drive or at the nearby shopping center.
Shuttle service: Lakota Local Schools will provide a paid shuttle service that runs continuously for pick-up and drop-off. The shuttle costs $30 per carload (up to four people, with $10 for each additional person).
The shuttles will operate between the venue and both Hopewell Junior School and Hopewell Early Childhood School.
Vehicles must enter at Hopewell Junior School through Cox Road.
Off-site parking locations: There are two off-site parking locations where concertgoers can park.
West Chester Nazarene Church offers paid parking for $20 per car, with walking access to the pedestrian entrance on the west side of the concert venue. Vehicles should enter at the rear of the property near Kohl’s.
Miami University VOA Learning Center offers paid parking for $30 per car, with walking access to the main entrance on the east side of the venue. Vehicles should enter through the Cox Road gate and turn onto Voice of America Park Drive.
The pedestrian entrance is accessible from Voice of America Centre Drive for those parking at the West Chester Nazarene Church or walking from nearby neighborhoods.
According to the city of West Chester, attendees are prohibited from parking in nearby residential neighborhoods, retail plazas and small business lots surrounding Voice of America MetroPark.
Can you tailgate in the parking lot?
Tailgating or consuming alcohol in the festival parking lot is prohibited and will be strictly enforced.
What can I bring inside the Voices of America festival?

The following items are allowed inside:
Festival flags without metal or wooden poles.
Squeezable, soft plastic water bottles that are empty.
Soft, foldable, single-person lawn chairs.
These items are prohibited:
Drugs and drug paraphernalia.
Outside food, drinks, water bottles and alcohol.
Professional video or photography equipment.
Framed backpacks, bladder-style backpacks and bota bags.
What vendors will be at the Voices of America festival?
Wogenstahl said they wanted to make sure the festival expanded its food and beverage offerings this year.
“We have 20 different unique local food vendors coming in for the event, but we also have some big names like LaRosa’s, Montgomery Inn, Gold Star Chili, Chick-fil-A,” he said.
