Actor Salman Khan’s appearance at the Slum Rehabilitation Authority’s new support centre in Mumbai on Friday night sparked concern among fans, with many on social media questioning whether he was unwell. Amid the online speculation, the actor broke his silence with a cryptic social media post regarding his appearance.
Later, on Sunday, Salman shared a series of black and white pictures on his Instagram handle with a caption indirectly referring to the concerns over his health. He wrote, “Aap logon ki tabiyat kaisi hai (How is everyone’s health) (sic)?”
On Friday, Salman had attended the inauguration of the Slum Rehabilitation Authority’s newly developed Data Collection and Verification Support Centre in the city. However, videos from the event quickly shifted the spotlight from the inauguration to the actor’s appearance.
As the clips from the event surfaced online, fans began discussing Salman’s appearance, with some speculating that he looked exhausted.
“He is not well I guess (sic),” one user wrote on X, while another commented, “He is in his natural look (sic).”
A user also commented, “He is 60 years old (sic),” while another speculated that the actor could be dealing with a health issue.
On the work front, Salman will next be seen in Maatrubhumi: May War Rest in Peace, previously titled Battle of Galwan. The film is directed by Apoorva Lakhia and also features actor Chitrangada Singh in a key role. The upcoming film is based on the 2020 Galwan Valley clash between Indian and Chinese troops in the Galwan Valley, a disputed border region in Ladakh, India.
Salman is also set to star alongside Nayanthara in director Vamshi Paidipally’s next film, which is currently expected to release around Eid 2027. The film has been tentatively titled SVC 63.
