Vocalist Andrew Watson explains: ““Leech’ is about exposing the people and systems that thrive by draining others for their own gain. It captures the tension between survival and integrity, and the breaking point where you’re forced to decide what parts of yourself you’re willing to lose.”

What Lies Below, hailing from the heart of Harrisburg, PA, has solidified their position as a force in the metalcore scene since their formation in 2021. With electrifying performances and a hard-hitting sound, the band channel some of their heavy heroes, from ERRA to Periphery, whilst exploring new sonic ground.
Thematically however, What Lies Below stay grounded and unerringly relatable. The songs delve into the complexities of human emotions and experiences, exploring themes of personal struggles, relationships, and inner battles.
