Florida residents can now purchase a Walt Disney World Annual Pass with a down payment of just $99, according to several reports.
According to WDW Magic, the Florida Resident Monthly Payment Program previously required a $205 down payment, meaning Floridians now see a 50% price cut.
Does the $99 down payment apply to all Disney World annual passes?
Yes! The $99 down payment applies to all four annual pass tiers: Pixie, Pirate, Sorcerer, and Incredi-Pass.
Afterwards, the monthly payments range from $36 to $136, depending on the type of pass.

What do I need to prove I am a Florida resident?
Proof of a residential Florida address will be required at the time of exchange, with guests providing one of the following as proof of address:
- a valid FL driver’s license
- a valid FL state-issued card (must have a Florida address)
- Or a valid Florida-based military ID
Is the $99 down payment a limited-time offer?
As of Feb. 20, Disney has not said whether this deal will end or if it is permanent.
