Mayim Bialik leveled up her style game for her latest red carpet appearance.
The former Jeopardy! host andBig Bang Theory actress was in attendance for the Venice International Film Festival over Labor Day weekend, where she put on a fashionable display in an edgy full-glam ensemble.
In photos from the event on Sunday, Aug. 31, Bialik could be seen sporting a dramatic dark smokey eyeshadow look, a noticeable pivot from her usually natural or soft-glam makeup style.
With her curly hair pulled into a messy updo, the 49-year-old TV star drew all of the attention to her eyes, which were heavily-lined with dark eyeshadow and a bold shade of violet mascara.

Bialik also added a rosy pink lip to the look, which she accessorized with chunky gold hoop earrings and two layered necklaces that both featured Star of David pendants.
For her wardrobe, the Blossom alum was clad in an all-black ‘fit, made up of a sleek black suit jacket worn over a silky black button-down shirt and matching black pants. She also added some shiny, leather pointed-toe heels to complete the stylish look.

Mayim Bialik Promotes New Movie, Father Mother Sister Brother
Bialik was in attendance for the 82nd Venice International Film Festival in Italy to support the new film Father Mother Sister Brother.
Directed by Jim Jarmusch, the film stars Bialik as well as Cate Blanchett, Adam Driver, Charlotte Rampling, Tom Waits, Vicky Krieps, Sarah Greene, Indya Moore, Luka Sabbat, Françoise Lebrun and more.
