Longtime WME partner Nir Caspi has joined Independent Artist Group as the agency’s new head of non-scripted & new media, as well as chief growth officer. As part of Caspi’s arrival, Hayden Meyer — who has overseen alternative & factual for the past 20 years at Iag (and its predecessor APA) — will segue to a new senior position focused on servicing key clients.

At Iag, Caspi will now oversee the firm’s alternative & factual division while also leading digital media initiatives. In his dual role as chief growth officer, Caspi will also be charged with identifying new business opportunities for Iag and expanding its services.
