COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – Gather COLA, Columbia’s soon-to-be-opened, open-air food hall announced its full list of eateries and retail locations on Thursday.
The food hall, located in the BullStreet District across from Segra Park, revealed its food lineup that ranges from classic Southern to innovative 1980s-inspired Asian cuisine:
- Bahn Sai – Thai and Asian
- Big Easy Seafood – Cajun
- Bull and Bread – sandwiches
- Bessie’s Burgers and More – American
- Coco Bowlz – Acai bowls
- Gyromania Grill Express – Greek
- Kiki’s Chicken and Waffles – soul food
- Los Chicanos Jr. – Mexican
- Smoke It Up Express – barbecue
- Melt Cheesesteaks & More, sandwiches
Two beverage vendors, Session Taproom and Martinho, will also occupy the space.
In addition, three retail vendors are also coming, including vintage clothing shop Ageless SC, national dessert chain Crumbl Cookies and The Avenue Flower Pop-Up. The latter is slated to offer build-your-own floral arrangements.
Gather COLA is slated to open in “late Fall,” according to the announcement.
