The GH star explained that the three-week program will begin on October 6. The couple will provide coaching, recipes, and accountability to ensure the lifestyle change will stick. Michelle revealed that she lost 13 pounds by changing her habits and emphasizing eating well without feeling like missing out.
There will also be workshops with Michelle and Steve to help you get on track. Different levels are available to tailor the sessions to your specific needs.
Fitness is Important to Steve and Michelle
This isn’t Steve Burton’s first discussion with his followers about health and fitness. He advocates working out and eating to nourish one’s body.
