Stephen Graham hugged his way through a gauntlet of well-wishers as he made his way to accept his first Golden Globe. Onstage, he first thanked his co-star Christine Tremarco, who plays his wife in “Adolescence.”
Calling her “the most beautiful dance partner,” the British actor added, “This is half yours, kid — so I’ll cut it, and you can have the top.”
Graham then turned to his real-life wife, Hannah Walters, a producer on the series, as he told her, simply: “You’ve saved my life.”
