GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A family from Grand Rapids is on a “Family Feud” hot streak.
In the newest episode, which airs Friday evening, the Nebbeling family could make it a five-game sweep.
The show, however, was taped about a year ago. Trinity Nebbeling, one of the daughters, says watching it now is “the weirdest thing ever.”
“Being there and experiencing it is one thing, but watching yourself, it’s like you totally forgot what happened ’cause it just all happened so fast,” she told News 8. “Then watching it back, you’re like, ‘Oh my gosh. This is insane.’”

“You forget so many of the questions that are even asked,” Jon Nebbeling, her father, added.

They told News 8 that Steve Harvey, the show’s beloved host, is just as fun as he seems.
“He is so funny. He is not scared to let you know that your answer is dumb. He will say it straight how it is. He’s so kind. He really tries to, like, talk to you the whole time, make you feel really comfortable,” Trinity Nebbeling said.
“I’ve been telling people the Steve that you see on TV is the Steve that you see behind the scenes,” Jon Nebbeling said. “He’s very much the same, really interactive, likes to joke around.”
“Family Feud” airs at 7 p.m. on WOTV. You can find the television schedule here.
