‘The Art of Storytelling’ exhibit
What: This exhibit explores the whimsy and power of visual storytelling and how illustrations can bring stories to life. The exhibit will feature local illustrators.

Free wine tasting and kitchen takeover
What: Chef Jimmy Nguyen of Potluck GVL will showcase his talent at a kitchen takeover to go along with this week’s tasting at Wine House. Tyler Nuss will curate a complimentary tasting to pair a bottle with Nguyen’s featured menu.
When: 5-8:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 6; wine tasting is 5-7 p.m.

‘A Few Good Men’
What: The Broadway legal drama that inspired the 1992 film starring Tom Cruise and Jack Nicholson is coming to Centre Stage.
When: 7:30 p.m. Thursday-Saturday and 3 p.m. Sunday, May 7-24.

Artisphere
What: Attendees at the award-winning downtown festival can browse works from 140 juried artists, watch live art demonstrations, and enjoy street chalk art and performances — and that’s not to mention Artisphere‘s hands-on activities like Kidsphere.
