Halle Berry‘s summer vacation across Arizona and Utah has been filled with adventure—but in a recent post, Berry took a break from all the action to share a sweet tribute to her travel companion, boyfriend Van Hunt.

In the Instagram post, the couple could be seen cuddling up in a chair near a window with a breathtaking mountainous view. Berry, wearing a strapless striped maxi dress, gave Hunt a kiss on the cheek as he wrapped an arm around her and smiled into the camera. “A thousand miles from home and still exactly where I belong @vanhunt ❤️,” wrote Berry alongside the image.

Berry and Hunt, along with Berry’s son Maceo, have been road tripping around America for the past few weeks. Throughout their journey, they’ve certainly been busy. They’ve gone rock climbing in a Hoodoo canyon, swimming under stunning rock formations, and fishing off the edge of a boat. In her most recent post, Berry shared footage from another rock climbing adventure. “Whelp, had to do another climb this time a bonding mommy son solo climb and scary af!,” she confessed in the caption.

When Berry hasn’t been throwing herself into adventurous activities, she’s also been taking time to relax and unwind—and she’s shown off a few chic ensembles while she’s been at it: a black-and white plunging one-piece paired with a giant black straw hat; a strapless bikini with a trendy silk headscarf; a bathrobe in a spa; even a nude moment in bed.

It’s clear that Berry and Hunt’s trip has been hugely meaningful for the actress. “Grateful for every mile traveled, every soul I’ve met, and the love that grounds me no matter where I go,” she reflected in a recent post.
