The actress was seen filming at Walt Disney World, prompting rumors that a Hallmark-style Disney holiday movie could be in the works. And it’s easy to see why the assumptions started since Chabert has become one of the most recognizable faces of made-for-TV Christmas films.
In the photo below in Hollywood Studios, she appears with Travis Van Winkle, who is also known for his roles in Hallmark holiday films.
Van Winkle was also spotted filming with Chabert in Magic Kingdom, further fueling speculation about a Hallmark-inspired project in the works.

On TikTok, WalrusCarp shared this clip of the filming that offers a clearer look at the scene in progress. The footage also shows Richard Kind, well known to Disney fans as the voice of Bing Bong from Inside Out, along with Christy Carlson Romano, recognized for her role on Even Stevens and as the voice of Kim Possible.
Hallmark Movie Stars Also Spotted at Magic Kingdom
Lacey Chabert was also spotted filming at Magic Kingdom, where photos began circulating on Facebook. Many Facebook commenters were excited by the possibility of a Hallmark-style Disney collaboration. Others, however, shared their thoughts that the crew was not shooting a movie at all but instead filming holiday commercials for the resort.
According to Lisa Peters on Facebook, “They were filming commercials! I tried to sit under the tree for the second parade and was told that is what they’d be doing.” This sentiment was echoed by another commenter on the Facebook thread. According to Deborah Christiana Wertalik, “They told us it was a commercial because they were filming at the Polynesian. Also, we got to speak to them for a while and take pictures with them. They were all so kind.”
Richard Kind was also seen filming at Magic Kingdom as well in the photos shared across social media.
While there is no confirmation from Disney about what was being filmed in Magic Kingdom or Hollywood Studios, the appearance of several well-known Hallmark actors and actresses makes it hard not to hope that a Hallmark-style Disney film could be on the way.
