Sega has announced the official Hatsune Miku x Sonic the Hedgehog collaboration titled Project ONSOKU.
This collaboration project will feature five original songs and music videos released weekly by various renowned artists. Further, these songs will also be available in the upcoming Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds.
The first music video, “Beloved Life Runner,” is now available on the YouTube channel Kairiki Bear.

About Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds
Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds brings back courses that feature land, air, and sea terrain, as well as the never-before-seen Travel Rings feature, which affects the race in real-time by transporting racers to all-new CrossWorlds during the race.
This game also features the most extensive roster of characters in any Sonic racing game, as well as a wide variety of customizable vehicles. Players can mix and match vehicle parts, powers, and abilities to create a customized racing experience suited to their gameplay style.
Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds will be released on September 25, 2025, for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
The Switch 2 version will launch digitally in the holiday of 2025, and physically in early 2026.
A special animation and third-party characters via the Season Pass have been elucidated.
