Heather Rae and Tarek El Moussa share photos from their day at Disneyland

Heather Rae and Tarek El Moussa spent a day in the House of Mouse with their little one!
On Thursday, Nov. 13, the couple shared a series of photos on Instagram as they rounded up their day at Disneyland with their 2-year-old son, Tristan. In one sweet snap, Heather can be seen wearing Minnie Mouse ears and white sunglasses, holding Tristan in her lap.
Tarek bends down to kiss Tristan on the head as Heather smiles for the photo. Other shots show Tristan enjoying different parts of the park, riding on a ride with his parents and getting picked up at the end of the day.
“Disneyland through the eyes of our little guy = pure joy. 🏰💕,” Heather wrote in her caption. “A day full of magic, memories & Mickey ears. 👀✨.”

Earlier in October, Heather shared a video on Instagram of her son Tristan’s first time shopping in-person at a supermarket. The proud mom documented their experience going around the store as she pointed out some of her favorite items to buy.
In the clip, the toddler could be seen sitting inside the shopping cart, looking around the store, pointing at things he wanted and grabbing items off the shelf. “Tristan’s first grocery trip and my first since 2020… 😂 where are my other Instacart girlies at?!” she wrote in the caption.
In addition to Tristan, Tarek is a father of two kids, son Brayden and daughter Taylor, with his ex-wife Christina Haack.
In September, the Selling Sunset star shared a photo of their blended family as they celebrated her 38th birthday.
In the Instagram snap, Heather — in a beige tank top with a white cardigan — could be seen sitting at the center of a circular table with Haack and her boyfriend, Christopher Larocca, on one side of her while Tristan, Tarek, Brayden, and Haack’s son, Hudson, 6, sat along the other side.
Taylor could be seen standing behind her step-mom, posing with a hand on her shoulder as her friends stood beside her.
“Feeling so loved this birthday ✨ Spent the whole day surrounded by the people I love most 💕 My heart couldn’t be more full,” Heather captioned the sweet photo. “P.S. Tristan’s reaction to the ‘new addition’ at dinner was priceless 😂👀👀,” she also joked, highlighting her son looking up at Taylor’s friend in the photo instead of smiling at the camera.
