The start of a new year is a time of hope and excitement for something new.
And when it comes to entertainment, many concertgoers will want to know what they can look forward to in 2026.
The UTEP Special Events team recently asked what performers fans want to see in 2026 and the answers ranged from seeing some – like Coldplay and Chris Stapleton – return again to drawing singers like Post Malone, BTS or anyone from the KPop world.
While concert promoters start to fill the calendar for 2026, here are concerts (and big events) that El Pasoans can already buy tickets for.
Parker McCollum
Country music singer and songwriter Parker McCollum returns to El Paso with a performance at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 23, at the Don Haskins Center. Tickets ranging from $33 to $145, plus fees, are available at Ticketmaster.com and the UTEP Box Office.
Kevin James
Comedian Kevin James is bringing his “Eat the Frog” stand-up tour to El Paso. The “King of Queens” star will perform at 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 23, at the Abraham Chavez Theater. Tickets ranging from $45 to $89, plus fees, are available at Ticketmaster.com.
El Paso Opera
The El Paso Opera will feature Puccini’s masterpiece La Bohème as part of its 32nd season. Performances will be Jan. 30 through Feb. 7 at St. Roger’s Depot, 420 N Campbell. Performance times are 7:30 p.m. Jan. 30, Feb. 3-7, and 2:30 p.m. Feb. 1. Tickets range from $67 on up, with fees, available at www.epopera.org.
Eagles Tribute
Eagles fans! Mark your calendars for the Take it To the Limit concert, a tribute to the Eagles by a Vancouver, Canada musical group, at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 16 at the Plaza Theatre. Tickets ranging from $49 to $92, plus fees, are available at Ticketmaster.com.
Tuff Hedeman Bull riding Extravaganza
Four-time World Champion Bull Rider and Pro Rodeo Hall of Famer Tuff Hedeman will bring his 21st annual bull riding extravaganza to the El Paso County Coliseum at 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m., Tailgate down party and concert will be from 5 to 7:30 p.m. in the parking lot. The bull riding event will be at 8 p.m. Parking is $5. Chicago
Chicago, one of the longest-running groups of all time, will bring its tour to El Paso. The band, now in its 58th touring season, will perform Wednesday, March 4, at the Plaza Theatre. Tickets ranging from $92 to $496, plus fees, are available at Ticketmaster.com.
Gladys Knight
The seven-time Grammy Award winner Gladys Knight will perform in El Paso with a show at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 5 at the Plaza Theatre. Tickets, priced from $87 to $324 plus fees, are available at Ticketmaster.com.
Heart
Due to popular demand, the band Heart is continuing its Royal Flush Tour in 2026 and bringing it to El Paso with a performance at 8 p.m. Friday, March 6, at the El Paso County Coliseum. Tickets ranging from $71 to $417, plus fees, available at Ticketmaster.com.
Monster Jam
The one and only Monster Jam will be back at UTEP Sun Bowl Stadium Saturday and Sunday, March 14-15. Become a fan for life with an ultimate day of family fun. Get ready to cheer, scream, and be amazed as massive Monster Jam trucks and world champion drivers take over your hometown. Shows at 5 p.m. March 14 and 3 p.m. March 15. Los Angeles Azules
Los Angeles Azules will return to the United States with their Cumbia Sin Fronteras US Tour. The group will perform in El Paso at 8 p.m. Saturday, March 28, at the Don Haskins Center. Tickets ranging from $46 to $263, plus fees, are available at Ticketmaster.com.
El Paso Opera presents Opera Uncorked
Opera & Wine expert Matthew Burns will guide attendees through seven courses of wine and hors d’oeuvres paired with opera arias, duets & trios performed by local favorites Levi Hernandez, Brian Downen and Cherry Duke in March. The wine pairing event will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, March 28, at the International Museum of Art, 1211 Montana Ave. General admission tickets are $150, available at www.epopera.org.
Carlos Ballarta
Standup comedian Carlos Ballarta will bring his Naco Ladino tour to El Paso with a show at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 2, at the Magoffin Auditorium. Ballarta, who has been touring Mexico, Latin America, and the United States and Canada, performs his show in Spanish. Tickets ranging from $50 to $122, plus fees, are available at Ticketmaster.com.
Reik
Reik will bring its tour to El Paso with a performance at 8 p.m. Thursday, April 2, at the El Paso County Coliseum. Doors will open at 7 p.m. Parking lot opens at 5 p.m. Tickets ranging from $72 to $320 plus fees are available at Ticketmaster.com and the Coliseum Box Office.
Harlem Globetrotters
The Harlem Globetrotters are on their 100th year tour this year. And fans in the borderland can see them at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 4, at the Don Haskins Center. Tickets ranging from $34 to $118, plus fees, are available at Ticketmaster.com.
A warning to any fans with light sensitivity that strobing effects will be used during light shows within the Harlem Globetrotters game.
Swan Lake
The International Ballet Star’s performance of Swan Lake will be at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, April 10-11 at the Plaza Theatre. Tickets ranging from $45 to $150 plus fees are available at Ticketmaster.com.
John Crist Live
John Crist, one of today’s fastest-rising stand-up comedians, earning more than 7.9 million fans on social media, will bring his Emotional Support Showcase to El Paso with a show at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 16 at the UTEP Magoffin Auditorium. Ali Wong
