The legal drama All’s Fair, starring Kim Kardashian, has been renewed by Hulu despite it receiving low review scores from critics. The series co-created by Ryan Murphy, who is known for Netflix’s Monster and American Horror Story, has received relatively high ratings for the platform, hitting over 3 million views over the three days after its debut on November 4, 2025. At one point within that period of time, it was reported that the series had earned the infamous 0% Tomatometer critic’s score on Rotten Tomatoes.
All’s Fair gets second season despite low critic scores
Hulu approved the renewal for All’s Fair only a few weeks after its premiere. The show debuted with three episodes before following a weekly release schedule for the remainder of the season, with new episodes dropping on Tuesday on Hulu and Disney+.
In the drama, Kardashian plays a Los Angeles divorce lawyer named Allura Grant who leads a firm alongside other female attorneys. The star-studded cast includes Niecy Nash-Betts as Emerald Greene, Sarah Paulson as Carrington Lane, Glenn Close as Dina Standish, and Naomi Watts as Liberty Ronson.
At the time of writing, the Tomatometer score for the first season of All’s Fair stands at 3% on Rotten Tomatoes, while its Metascore on Metacritic is at 17 out of 100. That said, the average user score on Rotten Tomatoes is far more forgiving with a 66% score across over 1,000 ratings.
According to insider Rob Shuter, various sources said that Kardshian’s “face dropped” and that she was “visibly rattled” when she saw the critic’s reviews for the show. However, the other cast members rallied around her and calmed her nerves. Glenn Close in an interview with The Guardian supported Kardashian as “lovely” and “very smart,” admiring her efforts in acquiring a law degree during the filming of the show.
Since the premiere of the series, Kardashian remains “happy” about its ratings on Hulu and has taken the negatives reviews in stride, with one source saying that the show “doesn’t define her.”
