Hoda Kotb Back on ‘Today’ as Co-Anchor While Savannah Guthrie’s Mom Remains Missing: ‘We Are a Family’ and ‘We Show Up for Each Other’

Hoda Kotb joined “Today” again on Monday morning as Savannah Guthrie’s mother remains missing.

Kotb, who co-anchored “Today” with Guthrie from 2018 to 2025, briefly appeared on the show on Friday to present a segment on the outpouring of support for Nancy Guthrie, who hasn’t been seen since last Saturday. However, on Monday she opened the show as a co-anchor alongside Craig Melvin, replacing Sheinelle Jones who filled in for Savannah Guthrie last week.
