Later tonight, Dancing with the Stars is going to party like it’s 1999, or I guess more accurately 2005, as the show celebrates 20 years of show-stopping performances. Semi-related: next week’s episode (November 18) is Prince Night!
Can you believe the first episode of DWTS aired all the way back in June 2005? Former host Tom Bergeron returns to the ballroom tonight as a guest judge, but, unfortunately, YouTube TV subscribers won’t be able to watch all the fun.
YouTube TV and Disney have yet to resolve their contract dispute, which means that Disney programming, including ABC and ESPN, remains unavailable on the streamer. There is a sliver of good news as YouTube TV is now offering a $20 credit that subscribers can redeem by going to their settings and clicking the blue button marked Claim Credit.
How can you watch Dancing with the Stars live without YouTube TV? Here’s everything you need to know.
What Time Is Dancing with the Stars on Tonight (November 11)?
Tonight’s episode of Dancing with the Stars airs from 8:00-10:01 p.m. ET on ABC and Disney+.
Official ABC synopsis: “It’s time to party! Dancing with the Stars is celebrating 20 incredible years of dazzling moves, unforgettable moments, and show-stopping performances. Former host Tom Bergeron makes a return to the ballroom as guest judge.”
Is Tonight’s Episode of DWTS Available On YouTube TV?
Nope. On October 30, Disney programming was removed from YouTube TV, which means you can no longer watch ABC and ESPN on the streamer. Currently, there’s no update on if/when the channels will return to YouTube TV.
How To Watch Dancing with the Stars Season 34, Episode 9 Live:
If you have a valid cable login, you can stream DWTS live on ABC or the ABC website. As we mentioned above, Dancing with the Stars is also available to watch live or on demand on Disney+ ($29.99/month with Hulu and ESPN for 12 months, $16.99/month with HBO Max and Hulu, or $10.99/month with Hulu).
The only way to watch shows airing live without cable is by using a live TV streaming service. Our favorite is DIRECTV, which comes with a five-day free trial before payment begins.
