Howard Stern dubbed ‘absolute creep’ in resurfaced clip – Celebrity News – Entertainment

Radio personality Howard Stern, whose fate on SiriusXM is unknown, has been branded as an “absolute creep” after an old interview he had with Sofia Vergara resurfaced online and went viral.

On Reddit, Fauxmoi shared the awkward interview on a discussion board called “Howard Stern being an absolute creep to Sofia Vergara.”

In the one-minute clip, Stern tries to tell the star something in Spanish, but the Modern Family star repeats it, confused. “I was trying to tell her that I have a big penis, but I think I said I have a big burrito,” Stern says, looking into the camera.

He continues, “Now, you’ve taken off your coat. You do have a big chest and I gotta tell you something, don’t touch it.” Vergara smiles and says, “No.”

The radio host adds, “I like it,” to which the actress says, “Thank you.” Stern says, “Believe me, there’s no greater man on this planet than me and if I tell you your chest is attractive, you keep it.”

The celebrity looks uncomfortable as Stern continues on with his comment, but says, “I’ll never touch them.”

Stern replies, “Your mother gave you the best advice, don’t touch those boobs. Alright?” He isn’t done, though, as he asks, “Did you breastfeed your son?”

“Yes, of course,” she replies, to which Stern says, “Oh, no. That must’ve been unbelievable.” Vergara says, “That wasn’t unbelievable. I was like 19.”

“You must have had so much milk,” Stern carries on. “Right?” The star is visibly shocked by the comment, saying, “Oh, my god.”

As she laughed, he asked, “How much milk? You imagine how much milk was going to him.” Vergara yelled, “No respect here!”

“Oh, come on. I’m respecting you all over the place… That kid must’ve been fat from eating all that milk. I would love to feed from you,” he continues. “If you don’t wanna go out with me, then at least let me feed from your chest.”

Vergara points out, “I’m not pregnant now,” which makes Stern say, “That can be arranged.”

In the comments section on the Reddit post, users slammed Stern for his comments, with one person writing, “I have never, not even once by accident, ever understood this man’s appeal. I’ve always thought he was a crass, boorish, unfunny, charmless misogynist. I still do. He treats women like trash.”

One replied, “Mediocre men always have the most audacity,” as another commented, “Yeah, that clip was hard to watch. She handled it with so much grace, but you can tell how uncomfortable it was. Really shows how normalized that kind of behavior used to be.”

A third pointed out that this was normal behavior for Stern, saying, “Every interview he did with a woman like pre-2019 is just pure sexual harassment. His early interviews with Anna Nicole Smith, Fiona Apple and Courtney Love are esp heinous.”

A fourth penned, “As a breastfeeding mom who breastfed for over 3 years, I am offended on her behalf. What a creep, poor Sofia.”

Yet another said, “Heard stern being an absolute creep to ‘insert any women [sic] who’s ever interacted with him.'”

The 71-year-old host’s future on SiriusXM is reportedly in jeopardy, but he says he will address “cancellation” rumors.

His current five-year contract, worth $500 million, expires at the end of 2025, and there’s been buzz that SiriusXM might not extend the agreement.

Last weekend, Stern shared a 45-second teaser video on Instagram, declaring he would confront the situation after a summer break.

The Instagram clips featured recent news stories about the radio host while a voice-over says, “Chaos is swirling at The Howard Stern Show. Did staffers talk to the press? Are writers withholding their best jokes? Nobody knows what’s going on, or who to trust.”
