SVU Team Heads Up to the Hudson Valley
Law and Order: Special Victims Unit was spotted filming in the Hudson Valley.
Assemblyman Mike Lawler, who represents New York’s 17th Congressional District, shared behind the scene photos of Law & Order SVU as they were filming in Blauvelt in Rockland County earlier this week.
Kelli Giddish, aka Amanda Rollins, was seen shooting on location.

No other sightings have been confirmed at this time, but if you see Oliva Benson patrolling the streets of Rockland County, let us know.

We’re seeing a film production boom across NY-17, and it’s bringing real benefits to our communities, from permits and property-use fees to boosts for local restaurants and small businesses.

What’s Been Filming Across the Hudson Valley?
Over the last few months a few productions have been using the Hudson Valley as their main filming location.
Just before Thanksgiving, Choice Stage Management announced that Season 2 of The Four Seasons had wrapped up filming.
The Netflix dramedy was spotted filming all over the region from Beacon and Fishkill to Bear Mountain and Newburgh.
Fox has been calling Dutchess County home with their new show Best Medicine, a remake of the UK series Doc Martin, starring Josh Charles.

Best Medicine has been seen filming in the area around New Hamburg train station and Bowdoin Park in Wappingers Falls as well as in Orange County.
