You bet Hudson Williams is bringing his kinky style to the 2026 Met Gala. We haven’t actually seen his full look, but he gave us quite the sneak peak as he made his way out of The Mark hotel in a fluffy white bathrobe and some black patent-leather loafers styled with sheer little socks—plus a super-dark smoky eye. The actor will make his debut at the annual event tonight, joining his Heated Rivalry co-star Connor Storrie on the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s red carpet.
The theme of the night is “Costume Art,” and Williams’s costume might just be… sensitive, funky Gen Z heartthrob of our dreams.
As readers know, Williams entered our lives last fall, when his hockey-meets-queer romance show, Heated Rivalry, got picked up by HBO and released, altering our brain chemistries forever.
Since then, he’s been killing it, not only on the screen (he’s booked plenty of exciting projects), but also in the fashion scene, where he is already the ultimate muse. Balenciaga has tapped Williams as its ambassador, and Dsquared2 had the actor walk the runway for the brand during Men’s Milan Fashion Week.
On the red carpet, Williams has been showing off his fun, sexy, experimental style. At the Golden Globes in January, he wore a black-and-white Giorgio Armani suit with a silky shirt that he left partly unbuttoned for a saucy touch. At the Oscars in March, he was a total dreamboat in an inky-black Balenciaga suit and Bulgari diamond brooch. And at the Vanity Fair Oscars after-party, he coordinated with Storrie in sheer tops (Williams’s from Balenciaga, of course) and flirty little earrings.
Williams is committed to the moment, and we are hopelessly committed to him.
