Selena Gomez has signed a “watertight” prenup, the details of which were revealed following her September wedding to Benny Blanco.
Selena and Benny married at a lavish ceremony in California, attended by more than 150 friends and family. Celebs like Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran read speeches at the reception.
After the wedding, the pair received heartfelt congratulations from Barney the Purple Dinosaur, with whom Selena had worked as a child on his show.
However, following on from their wedding, Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco’s prenup has been revealed, with Selena protecting three things in particular.
As Selena is a billionaire, it makes sense for her to want to protect her vast assets, despite Benny being worth $50 million himself.
Therefore, sources told Shutterscoop that Selena has focused mainly on protecting her cosmetics brand Rare Beauty, her music catalog, and her huge real estate portfolio.
“This wasn’t optional,” one source said. “Selena built everything from the ground up. The prenup was about respect, not suspicion.”
A second source added that Benny was “fully on board,” noting, “He loves her, and he respects what she’s achieved. There was zero drama.”
Selena founded Rare Beauty in 2020, and it quickly became one of the globe’s most loved brands, particularly because of its Soft Pinch Liquid Blush, of which one is sold every three seconds.
