AdHoc Studio’s debut original title, Dispatch, has been an absolute blast (literally), selling over one million copies in its first 10 days. In the narrative-driven workplace comedy, gamers play as Robert Robertson, a.k.a. Mecha Man (voiced by Aaron Paul), a washed-up superhero who must trade his busted mecha suit for a desk job at the Superhero Dispatch Network (SDN).
Your mission, per the logline, is to “manage a dysfunctional team of misfit heroes and strategize who to send to emergencies around the city, all while balancing office politics, personal relationships, and your own quest to become a hero.”
Since Dispatch is a branching, choice-driven adventure, no two players get the same story, and talking about specific details is getting into spoiler territory. But with all of season 1 now available, fans are already wondering whether Dispatch will continue. Here’s everything we know about Dispatch season 2.
Is Dispatch getting a second season?

As of writing, AdHoc Studio hasn’t officially announced any plans for Dispatch season 2. However, given how popular the game has become, it wouldn’t be surprising if more episodes are on the horizon.
Season 1 has been a breakout success, earning overwhelmingly positive reviews on Steam and dramatically growing a fanbase since its launch.
AdHoc Studio co-founders Nick Herman and Pierre Shorette have already hinted that they’re thinking about where to take the story next.
“I think we’re going to have to at least think about season 2 now,” Herman said on the Nov. 8 episode of the Friends Per Second podcast. “That was a question mark three weeks ago, so that’s great. It’s a very cool problem to have.”

Paul is also eager to make Dispatch season 2 a reality. Speaking with YouTuber and streamer MoistCr1TiKaL (a.k.a. Charles White), who voices Sonar in Dispatch, the Breaking Bad star said he hopes they’ll have the chance “to do multiple seasons of this game.”
“Talking about people you want to cheer for — the team behind Dispatch are just all so great, so passionate about what they do,” he said. “The love and the care they put into these stories is truly blinding, and it’s what really resonated with me when I first got the scripts. … I hope we get to do more.”
The Emmy-winning actor later echoed that sentiment in an interview with Variety, though he admitted Dispatch could stand on its own. “With good storytelling, there’s always room,” he said. “I think it could end perfectly here. But also, the door is definitely slightly ajar, for sure, for more. So we’ll see.”

Now we can get into some spoilers. By the end of Dispatch season 1, the nonstop emergencies, office antics, and personal drama all reach their boiling point. But how it actually unfolds depends on the choices you’ve made along the way.
Even with so many branching paths, though, there are some key outcomes in the final episode. For one, the nefarious Shroud (Matthew Mercer) is taken down and the Red Ring members are arrested, while the Z-Team — supervillains trying to turn over a new leaf through the SDN’s Phoenix Program — emerge as unlikely heroes.
Meanwhile, the Los Angeles office is fixed up after the battle, leaving the SDN team ready for whatever comes next in a potential second season.

With no official word on a second season of Dispatch, it’s anyone’s guess what could happen next. A follow-up is likely to keep the SDN front and center, diving deeper into Robert’s career as a dispatcher. It could also expand on some of the branching endings for Invisigal (like the one where she takes a much darker turn).
