Carrey had been trying to sell his estate for the last two and a half years, putting it on the market in February 2023. It was also reported that he sold it at a way lower price than his initial asking rate. TMZ reported that when he listed the property, he had priced it at $28 million.
Fans are increasingly concerned about his net worth after his LA mansion sat on the market for such a long period. Earlier, People reported he cut the price of his 10,954 sq ft home by a million within two months of listing it. In October 2023, he once again lowered the price to $24 million.
