While speculation over where Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce will get married continues to reign on after recent reports pointing to Madison Square Garden, a possible hint from Swift might have confirmed the date.
Ever since the pair got engaged in August 2025, fans and outlets alike have been trying to predict when the star-studded nuptials would take place. While initial sources pointed to it happening on June 13 (aka this weekend), later reports from TMZ shut down the theory, claiming the wedding of the year would take place on July 3 instead. “The wedding’s going down July 3 in the middle of Manhattan,” a source told the outlet, confirming the date and Madison Square Garden as the location.
With that said, however, Swift’s latest red carpet appearance has fans scratching their heads. On June 9, the “Lover” singer attended the Los Angeles world premiere of Toy Story 5, a new sequel movie that’s coming out later this month on June 19.
On the carpet, Swift wore an embellished off-the-shoulder Erdem dress with brown sandal heels. She styled the look with a half-updo, coral-red lipstick, and, most importantly for eagle-eyed fans, baby blue nails.
As pointed out by Cosmopolitan, Swift’s nails could be her “something blue” for the wedding. And, if so, her nails would be ready to go for a June 13 occasion this weekend.
As a reminder, Swift attended the premiere because she wrote and performed an original song for the movie’s soundtrack, titled “I Knew It, I Knew You”.

At the event, she went on to perform a version of the movie’s iconic song, “You’ve Got a Friend in Me,” with original artist Randy Newman. For the performance, she did a quick change into a bright yellow floor-length Oscar de la Renta dress adorned with flower appliqués.
But while Swift’s bridal blue nails could be a confirmation of the wedding’s date, the venue is still up for debate.
Initial reports in December reported that Swift and Kelce’s wedding would take place in Rhode Island, where the singer owns a home. Page Six reported in June that the couple planned to wed on June 13 at Ocean House, a luxury venue in Watch Hill.
Most recently, however, Page Six and TMZ reported on June 5 that Madison Square Garden will be the location of the wedding of the year, noting that there are no scheduled events at the sports venue from June 29 through July 6.
Swift and Kelce, who have been together since the summer of 2023, got engaged in August 2025. “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married 🧨,” Swift wrote in the announcement on Instagram.
