While there won’t be a new installment featuring the latest round of auditions, there will be a special AGT episode airing during the show’s usual timeslot of Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET.
The latest season has featured the return of host Terry Crews, along with judges Simon Cowell, Sofía Vergara, Howie Mandel and Melanie “Mel B” Brown — and there will be other familiar faces returning for June 30’s special episode.

There will not be a new episode of America’s Got Talent season 21 on June 30.
Instead of another installment of auditions on the latest season, the talent competition series is airing a special titled “AGT: July 4th Party in the USA.”
In addition to appearing in the new primetime celebration, Crews will also be hosting Macy’s July 4th fireworks special, which will air live on July 4 at 8 p.m. ET, per Deadline.

On June 30, NBC will air “AGT: July 4th Party in the USA,” a two-hour special celebration filled with some of the most iconic and memorable moments from the long-running series.
“It’s a quarter millennium celebration! The judges and Terry look back at their favorite acts from America’s biggest talent show, complete with a festive 4th of July theme,” reads the description of the special. “It’s an evening fit for the USA’s 250th anniversary.”
Some of the fan-favorite contestants whose performances will be featured in the special include Darci Lynne, Preacher Lawson, Avantgardey, the 82nd Airborne Division Chorus, Human Fountains and more.

The “AGT: July 4th Party in the USA” special airs during America’s Got Talent usual timeslot at 8 p.m. ET on NBC. It will air from 8 to 10 p.m. ET, followed by two episodes of Password.
The “AGT: July 4th Party in the USA” will also be available to stream on Peacock the following day, July 1.

America’s Got Talent is taking a break to celebrate the July 4 holiday, but auditions will return shortly. Season 21 will continue with a new episode devoted to auditions on July 7.
“It’s super exciting,” Vergara told NBC Insider about the new season. “You know, every season we worry — Simon worries — that ‘Oh, what if this is season is not that good.’ And since the moment we started we realized that it was like, really exciting.”
According to the July 7 episode description, “The judges are tougher than ever as auditions continue; dueling magicians go head-to-head, a multigenerational tumbling team flips into the spotlight and a laser-fueled dance trio ignites the stage.”
