Isabella Ladera is standing her ground after her lawsuit against Colombian singer Beéle. On Thursday, the Venezuelan influencer issued a statement about the suit, which she filed on Wednesday after claiming that the Colombian musician was the source of a sex video leak earlier this month.

“No one should take advantage of another’s vulnerability to make money or create content,” Ladera said. “This is not entertainment; it is a crime, and the only thing it leaves behind are scars.”

Ladera accused Lopez Orozco of invasion of privacy, sexual cyber harassment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligence. She also detailed the extent of their relationship and how she allegedly asked the singer to delete their sex videos in 2024, well before they leaked.

Ladera is being represented by The Hachar Law Group in Miami. Her lead attorney, Pierre Hachar, said in a statement that the focus of the lawsuit is about defending her privacy, a “fundamental right.”

“The unauthorized leak of intimate recordings has caused deep emotional and reputational harm, and we intend to pursue every legal remedy available under Florida law,” Hachar said. “Let it be absolutely clear that any past, present, or future acts of this nature, whether by these defendants or others, will be met with the same unwavering resolve and addressed to the fullest extent of the law.”

López Orozco’s attorneys previously denied circulating the video, saying he was “also a victim of the nonconsensual exposure of his privacy.” They did not respond to Rolling Stone‘s request for comment.

In her lawsuit, Ladera alleges that in June 2025, she received texts from two people claiming that a video of the pair having sex was going to be released. The video ended up circulating in early September. “The refusal to erase the videos, coupled with the apparent easily accessible nature of his phone, establishes that Beéle is the source of the leaks,” the lawsuit alleges

When accusing the singer on Instagram earlier this month, Ladera called López Orozco someone who “lied to me from the start” and “never tried to protect me.” She alleges that he purposefully leaked the video while she was in the process of “reconstruction” following their breakup in July 2024.
