According to his website, also in 1984 Michael Jackson won an unprecedented eight Grammy awards, , including Album and Record of The Year – still the most ever received by a single artist in one night.
More recently, Michael’s middle child, Paris Jackson, and her fiancé, Justin Long, called off their engagement after less than a year.
Paris Jackson, a model and musician, is the most public-facing of Michael’s three children. The late musician often attempted to shield his young children from the spotlight. After his death in 2009 of an overdose of the anesthetic propofol, Paris and her two brothers – who go by Prince, 28, and Bigi, 23 – went to live with their grandmother, Katherine Jackson. Paris moved out at 18, launching a successful modeling, acting and singing career.
