Actress Janel Parrish has settled her divorce with ex Chris Long amid her new romance with Sasha Farber.
Parrish, 37, and Long filed a proposed judgment in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County last week, showing that they have reached a mutual agreement on property and support, according to court docs obtained by Us Weekly on Tuesday, May 26.
People was first to report the news.
A source told Us Weekly on April 9 that Parrish and Long had been separated for a few months. Parrish broke her silence on the split the following day.
“Thank you all for the incredibly kind and supportive messages, they’ve truly meant the world,” she wrote via Instagram. “After 10 beautiful years together, including seven years of marriage, Chris and I made the difficult decision to end our marriage.”
The Pretty Little Liars alum continued, “There is still so much love and respect between us, and I’m deeply grateful for everything we built together. This chapter of my life, and Chris, will always mean so much to me. Thank you all again for the messages of love and support.”
Parrish and Long jointly filed for divorce later that month.
Amid her split from Long, Parrish was spotted with DWTS pro Farber, 42. The pair first met when Parrish competed on DWTS season 19 in 2014 with pro Val Chmerkovskiy.
“April has been amazing ❤️🌹,” Farber captioned PDA pics with Parrish on April 27.
Parrish later shared a sweet birthday message for Farber on May 9.
“Happy Birthday to my love @sashafarber1 👑,” she wrote alongside photos of the pair. “You bring joy and light to everyone who meets you. The world is a better place because you exist.”
Parrish continued, “Everyone go give him some birthday love because he’s the absolute best.”
The Christmas on Duty star also gushed about Farber in a May 12 interview with People.

“He just brings so much love and light and positivity to people in the world,” she shared. “He’s just the best.”
Parrish added that Farber’s “love language” is “cooking.”
“He’s an amazing chef. I literally was just filming a movie every day until 7:30 p.m., and I’d walk in the house, and he would have a full spread for me,” she continued. “I’m just very, very lucky. … He introduced me to some Russian food. He does really great seafood, skewers, kebabs, just all of it. He’s so good at cooking. It’s amazing.”
While Parrish was married to Long, Farber was previously married to fellow DWTS pro Emma Slater from 2018 to 2024.
“We really are close friends,” Slater, 37, exclusively told Us in 2024 of her ex. “He’s somebody who’s in my life forever. It’s a true genuine connection and he’s the best person, just absolutely amazing. We just get on really, really well.”
