Former Philadelphia Eagles player Jason Kelce is opening up about his family planning decisions with wife Kylie, revealing that a vasectomy is likely in his future.
During the Monday, September 1 episode of the Bussin’ with the Boys podcast, the 37-year-old admitted he and Kylie, 33, have been discussing “the v-word more than ever,” referencing the male sterilization procedure.
“Once we’re done [having kids] for sure, I’m definitely getting it done,” Kelce told hosts Taylor Lewan and Will Compton. “I think we’re still kind of in that like, ‘Are we done, or are we just figuring it out [phase]?’”
“Kylie said she wanted five,” he added. “So we’re at four now, and I think we’ll see. That might be it,” he added.

The couple, who married in 2018, currently shares four daughters: Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2, and 5-month-old Finnley.
When asked about wanting a boy, the retired NFL center admits, “If a boy happened, that would be fun. But I think at the end of the day, I say what my dad always said. I just want… we’re very blessed to have four healthy, smart, charismatic, amazing children.”
However, Jason has admitted there’s one aspect of parenting he’s eager to leave behind. Speaking on his New Heights podcast in July, Jason confessed he’s ready for the diaper phase in their household to end.
“There’s no question about that,” he said.
