The episode portrayed Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home as a sort of “Fantasy Island” with the president as Mr. Roarke and Vance as his assistant Tattoo.
At one point in the episode, Trump kicks Vance, and at another, Vance asks if he can apply baby oil to Satan’s anus.
Although the White House lashed out at the portrayal of Trump in the show’s season premiere two weeks ago, Vance attempted to take a different approach.
“Well, I’ve finally made it,” he wrote on X on Thursday morning in response to a post from the “South Park” account that showed a diminutive cartoon version of him standing beside a cartoon Trump.
Vance may have wanted to brush off the insult, but many people on social media questioned the VP for “pretending he’s cool with it.”
