To be a fly on that wall! Jennifer Aniston has revealed that she and Gwyneth Paltrow have discussed their mutual ex, Brad Pitt.
In an interview with Vanity Fair, published on Monday, August 11, the Friends alum, 56, dished on her friendship with the Goop founder, 52.
“Ironically, I went to her and Brad’s engagement party,” Aniston shared, referring to Pitt, 61, and Paltrow’s brief engagement. (The F1 star proposed to Paltrow in 1996 after two years of dating — however the two called it quits in 1997.)
When the outlet asked if the women ever chatted about Pitt, Aniston answered, “Oh, of course.”
“How can we not?” she explained. “We’re girls.”

The A-list star isn’t the only common interest they share: Aniston told the publication that they talk about all things wellness, too. “We’re always swapping advice — ‘What are you doing for this? What are you doing for that? Do you have a new doctor for that?’” she shared.
Aniston and Pitt began dating in 1998. The former couple were married from 2000 to 2005, when the actress filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
Despite their high-profile split, all of that seemed to be in the past during the 2020 SAG Awards, when they were photographed reuniting backstage.

The dad of six — who married Angelina Jolie in 2014 before she filed for divorce in 2016, also citing irreconcilable differences — appears to have remained on good terms with both Aniston and Paltrow. In a 2022 interview for Paltrow’s Goop website, Pitt told the Emma star “it’s lovely to have you as a friend now,” adding: “I do love you.”
