The TV host opened up about his summer plans he’s embarking on with his son, Dylan.

Ken Jennings has a new family update to share!
The TV personality has long been a beloved face on the Jeopardy! franchise, both as a contestant and a host. But away from the camera, Ken is also a doting family man, as he spends time with wife Mindy, daughter Caitlin, and son Dylan. And while he is usually quite private, he did share something fun he and Dylan are attempting to do when the weather begins getting warmer.
Ken revealed to Peoplewhen appearing at the TCM Classic Film Festival on April 30 that he and his son are looking to embark on a new challenge this summer. Ken said that the duo are planning on doing a baseball-themed road trip, which involves driving all around the country to attempt to see where every team in Major League Baseball (MLB) plays.
“I’m trying to see all the Major League ballparks with my son,” he shared in the interview. “A lot of these are places I’ve never been, and so now I’m like, ‘Hey, I have trivia about Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City. I know about the fountains and the waterfalls now. So I’m accumulating Major League ballpark trivia at an alarming rate.”
And what’s more, this is totally up the father-son duo’s alley, since Ken has mentioned their mutual love of baseball in the past on social media.
“The last time his team made it to the playoffs, this guy wasn’t born yet,” he wrote alongside a photo of Dylan on X back in October 2022. “He just started his sophomore year of college. Congrats @Mariners!”
