Jesse Collins Entertainment has tapped veteran executive Seth Dudowsky to head sports & live content at the company. Dudowsky joins JCE from the National Football League (NFL), where he most recently served as head of music.
As the NFL’s lead executive for the Super Bowl Halftime Show, Dudowsky partnered closely with Roc Nation and Jesse Collins Entertainment to craft memorable performances — some of the most-watched broadcast moments in history — including last year’s Emmy-nominated set from Kendrick Lamar, as well as Netflix’s first Christmas Day Halftime Show, the Emmy-winning “Beyoncé Bowl.”
“We had the pleasure of working closely with Seth during his tenure at the NFL and we are thrilled that he has joined JCE to lead the charge as we continue to expand our presence within sports and deepen our direct engagement with brands,” stated Collins and company president Dionne Harmon, announcing the new hire.
Dudowsky began his career in international programming at ESPN, and then spent more than a decade at the NFL. There, he led the league’s music strategy, overseeing talent booking, performance production and broadcast integration for all marquee events, as well as music supervision and licensing across NFL Media. He also drove music programming and artist integrations for NFL Kickoff, the NFL Draft, international games and holiday performances. Dudowsky’s work has earned multiple Primetime and Sports Emmy awards, including Lady Gaga’s Sports Emmy-winning performance of “Hold My Hand” during the Super Bowl LIX pre-game show.
In his new role, Dudowsky will lead JCE’s sports and live content strategy, overseeing live event production, original programming opportunities and strategic collaborations with leagues, brands and platforms.
“There has never been a more exciting time to build at the intersection of sports, media and live entertainment,” said Dudowsky. “Jesse Collins Entertainment continues to show what it means to create moments that move culture. I look forward to building on the incredible work they’ve done to reach new audiences, deepen partnerships with leagues and brands and continue to shape meaningful live experiences for fans.”
