Aaron Rodgers kept his relationship with his now wife, Brittani, on the down low, not only from the world, but also from his teammates.
The NFL star, 41, played for the New York Jets in the 2023 and 2024 seasons, and two of his former teammates’ wives admitted they were not privy to him dating anyone at the time.
“I didn’t know of any partner,” Jessie Vera-Tucker, who is married to guard Alijah Vera-Tucker, told People in an article published Tuesday, August 26. “It literally came out of nowhere.”
“I didn’t know he had a partner either, oh my gosh,” Maranda Williams, the wife of defensive end Quinnen Williams, told the outlet. “Oh wow, I never saw anyone. Never met anyone.”
As Star previously reported, during a June press conference, the Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback revealed that he’s been married for “a couple of months” after a reporter pointed out he was wearing a wedding ring.
Later that month, he was a guest on the Pat McAfee Show and discussed how his wife wants to live her life outside of the spotlight.
“My private life is my private life. It’s gonna stay that way. I’m with somebody who wants to be private,” Rodgers remarked. “If and when she wants to be out and there’s a picture, she’ll choose that. She deserves a right to that.”
