Justin Baldoni revealed to Blake Lively he was circumcised, according to court documents.
Since the beginning of the year, the Gossip Girl star, has been locked in her legal battle with Baldoni, who was her director and co-star in the film adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s book It Ends With Us, which has the has the same name of the novel.
The documents from the case obtained by the Express US stated Baldoni, 41, visited Lively’s home in New York in December 2022.
It was stated that Baldoni told Lively’s attorney Michael J. Gottlieb, that when he was at her at the home they discussed whether Lively’s baby would be circumcised. At the time Lively was pregnant with her son, Olin.
Gottlieb said, “Did you at any point share with Ms. Lively whether you were circumcised?”
Baldoni responded,“Yes.”
He was then asked whether Lively asked him if he was circumcised. Baldoni replied, “Directly, no.”
Later Gottlieb asked Baldoni if anybody witnessed him telling Lively he was “circumcised.”
Baldoni replied that there were others present including Lively’s Hollywood actor husband, Ryan Reynolds.
He said, “There were people going all around. Mr. [Ryan] Reynolds was in and out of the conversation. She had, I think, two nannies. I felt like there was a housekeeper there. Her assistant was walking around. I think she had two assistants there. Her and I were sitting on the couch, but there were people all around.”
He was then asked if he ever told any other work colleagues about his genitalia to which Baldoni replied, “I don’t talk about my genitalia, so no.”
The court documents emerging come amid Lively’s legal team fighting back against Baldoni’s motion for a summary judgment, asking for Lively’s sexual harassment case to be dismissed and not go to trial.

In November, the actor’s legal team described Lively’s allegations as a “litany of minor grievances.”
They also said the claims fall short of the requisite level of being “severe or pervasive enough to create an objectively hostile or abusive work environment.”
Lively’s team have asked the court to pursue a trial. They claimed in court documents, “In their latest effort to avoid accountability for the hostile environment they created during the production and marketing of It Ends With Us, Justin Baldoni [and other defendants] ask this court to shield them from trial and deny Blake Lively her day in court, by throwing the kitchen sink at Lively’s sexual harassment and retaliation claims.”
“The record evidence is clear: Lively’s claims survive summary judgment and must be sent to a jury.”
In It Ends With Us, Baldoni and Lively play couple Ryle and Lily. After filming ended, rumors emerged about a possible feud between the pair.
Lively sued Baldoni in December 2024 for sexual harassment. Baldoni denied the claims and his attorney called Lively’s accusations “completely false, outrageous and intentionally salacious.”
A court date for Lively’s lawsuit has been set for March 9, 2026. The Express US has reached out to Baldoni for comment.
