The Truro Public Library will host local singer-songwriter Kathleen Healy as part of its Winter Music Series.
Healy is scheduled to perform at 2 p.m. Jan. 10 at the library, 7 Standish Way, North Truro, according to a community announcement. Admission is free.
Known for her poignant lyrics and coastal-inspired voice, Healy is a solo artist, a member of the Songbirds of Cape Cod and the lead singer of the band Heyday.
The performance comes as Healy prepares for the release of her next album in early 2026. The album is inspired by her daily beach walks over the past five years and will follow her 2020 release, “Embracing the Journey.”
The Winter Music Series, supported by the Friends of the Truro Library, aims to provide the community with access to a diverse range of local and regional musical talent during the colder months.
