In case you hadn’t heard, all the girls were in the Hamptons this weekend. Devin Booker and Irina Shayk were spotted at Tutto Caffe in East Hampton, sparking romance rumors; Quavo and Austin Millz performed for a star-studded crowd at Montauk’s Surf Lodge party presented by Popeyes; Nicole Scherzinger performed at Delilah’s Chase Sapphire Reserve bash in Montauk—where J.Lo also celebrated her birthday with friends—and celebrities and fashion-world tastemakers gathered at Ferragamo’s ritzy dinner at Topping Rose House in Bridgehampton.
Among the Italian fashion house’s dinner invitees was Katie Holmes, who arrived to the event in a look that perfectly blended riviera fashion with 1920s flapper style—infusing the flashy weekend with a dose of understated elegance.
Up top, the actor slipped into a sheer navy button-down with ample pockets and a breezy fit. She layered the airy piece over a lacy black bra for a hint of lingerie dressing.
Holmes paired the chic staple with a fringe skirt in a champagne-gold hue, adding some fun, some movement, and some welcome drama to her look. The vintage-inspired piece provided a muted contrast when paired with Ferragamo’s bright orange top-handle bag.
Glossy black patent-leather mules, a red manicure, and a choppy lob rounded out the Happy Hours star’s ensemble.
Holmes attended the event with boyfriend Jason Bard Yarmosky. The fine artist even coordinated with her in his own navy-blue fit, which included a snug sweater and big, pleated pants. He wore the sweater over a bright red top, and finished the look off with black dress shoes.
We called it early that these two were a sartorial match, and evidently, the statement still stands.
