Fellow nominees the Marías, Lola Young, Sombr, Alex Warren, and Leon Thomas will also take the stage for the ceremony’s special segment

The 2026 Grammys will feature a special performance with Best New Artist nominees Katseye, Olivia Dean, Addison Rae, the Marías, Lola Young, Sombr, Alex Warren, and Leon Thomas taking the stage on Sunday, Feb. 1.

The special segment will broadcast live from Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, while the ceremony will be hosted my Trevor Noah. Global girl group Katseye earned two nods this year including Best Pop Duo/Group Performance and Best New Artist — the only all-women groups to win the award in Grammy history were the Judds in 1985 and the Chicks in 1999.

The lineup for the trophy also includes “pop princess of the year” Addison Rae, propelled by the massive success of her debut album Addison; Olivia Dean, whose critically acclaimed The Art Of Loving has offered the masses lush hits like “Nice to Each Other” and “Man I Need”; and You’ll Be Alright, Kid singer Alex Warren, who topped the Billboard Hot 100 for 10 weeks with “Ordinary.”

Leon Thomas — who became a breakout star for his Grammy-winning, behind-the-scenes contributions to SZA’s “Snooze” — will be contending for Best New Artist as well and garnered five other nominations including Album Of The Year and Best R&B Album for Mutt. He’ll be up against Lola Young — the singer is also up for more than one category including Best Pop Solo Performance for her indelible, breakthrough single “Messy” — and Sombr, the New York City Native behind the intoxicating debut album I Barely Know Her. To wrap up the category are genre-blurring dream poppers the Marías, whose single “Back to Me” was named one of the Best Songs of 2025 by Rolling Stone.

Earlier on Tuesday, the Recording Academy previously announced that Sabrina Carpenter has been tapped to perform at the 68th Annual Grammy Awards. Carpenter has been nominated for Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album for Man’s Best Friend, with its single “Manchild” receiving nods in the Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance, and Best Music Video categories.
